How we choose, check and look after our products.
Simple standards we hold ourselves to, and how you can check any product you buy.
Every product earns its place.
Established makers
We bring in products from established manufacturers, with the paperwork to match.
Registered for Malaysia
Each product goes through the Malaysian registration or notification route that applies to it before we sell it.
The label comes first
We describe our products by what their label says, and send you to a pharmacist or doctor for medical advice.
Check that it's genuine.
Fake and unregistered health products do circulate online. These checks take a minute.
Read the pack
Find the product's registration or notification number on the box, along with the batch number and expiry date.
Look for the hologram
Registered medicines sold in Malaysia carry the Ministry of Health security hologram (Farmatag). Tilt it to see it change.
Search NPRA
Check the number on the NPRA website using its product search. If it doesn't match, ask your pharmacist or message us.
Tell us if something isn't right.
If you or your child has an unexpected reaction to one of our products, please tell us. We record every report, follow it up with you and pass it to the authorities where required.
You can also report directly to Malaysia's National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) through its ConSERF consumer reporting form.
