Through our contact and partner forms we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, phone number, email address, state and message. Through our side effect form we also collect details of the reaction, the product and batch, and the age of the person affected.
Why we collect it
We use these details to reply to you, to discuss supplying our products, and to follow up and record side effect reports. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Your details are seen by the Noventra team handling your message. Side effect reports may be shared with Malaysia's National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) and the product's manufacturer where required for product safety. Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, on our behalf.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@noventrapharma.asia.
